Meet Steve Holsinger.

CHICAGO — Melon, an elite eCommerce agency, announced today that it has named Steve Holsinger Chief Salesforce Architect. Holsinger will bring his 15 years of Salesforce experience to bolster Melon’s existing pool of talent — further advancing the company’s capabilities on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Holsinger will have oversight of the strategic direction, expansion and operation of Melon’s Salesforce practice, which has redefined the eCommerce experience of several industry-leading companies across the Americas. This addition strengthens Melon’s expertise in leveraging SFCC to deliver best-in-class eCommerce solutions — from strategy through development to long-term support.

Holsinger will join Melon, bringing with him over a decade of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and managing technical teams. He came to Melon from XCentium, where he served as practice director of Salesforce Commerce and has led the company through a period of remarkable global growth. Prior to XCentium, he was a technical director of Astound Commerce where he drove technical architecture standards for the technical services team & delivered value & architectural oversight to key clients. 

Holsinger is reconnecting with his roots of working for a company with personality, passion, & drive. Prior to Astound Commerce, he was a partner in Moku Collective, a boutique eCommerce firm that grew from four people to nearly one hundred prior to its acquisition by DEG Isobar. His passion for community building has seen him co-found, support and build a Slack community reaching over seven thousand people. As Chief Salesforce Architect, he’ll bring that same passion to Melon where he’ll apply it to helping developers and architects grow as professionals while also driving measures to increase efficiency and deliver on Melon’s commitment of strong partnership based on truth, connection, and value.
