About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage staffing strategies across current and upcoming projects including resource planning, availability, and movement. 

  • Ensure hiring activity meets forecast and service level expectations

  • Consulting with hiring managers to understand and manage current and forecasted staffing requirements and specific job objectives

  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, phone screen, present candidates to leadership, interview coordination and onboarding.  

  • Manage strong working relationships with outside staffing vendors

  • Manage sensitive and confidential information

  • Maintain records and files in accordance with state and federal laws

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information

  • Ability to communicate in a clear concise manner

  • Ability to effectively multi-task 

  • Proven success in a dynamic fast-paced work environment 

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively

  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office

Preferred Skills

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience

  • Knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding employment
